What’s the idea of the final 6 months suspended? Do they use that as a way to track them for a while after release and having them sign in or something for those 6 months?

It would be interesting to see opinion poll results on how much sympathy there is out there for Keane Mulready-Woods in light of some of the stuff he got up to himself.
Nobody deserves to.die like he did but violent death was very likely in his line of work and his likely future crimes.
I have no doubt personally that he’d have graduated to torturing and killing people in the next year or so.
