Not only is this not the right glass for the beer they are drinking, but they’ve managed to do even worse by using some kind of ikea glasses, not even a generic beer glass.

What is up with the Straffe Hendrik? The one the 2 women had is pitch black, the one the man & the woman had is almost clear, and the one the 2 blokes had is somewhere in between…
Props to the guy who immediately realised that it was not the right glass. We should contact the diplomatic channels to give the dude honorary citizenship.

Shame they didn’t try a duvel, a Karmeliet, a papegaai, or maybe delta. A Honingbier or a Westvleteren could be Nice as well. Or how about a troubadour Magma, troubieke for the friends. A vedettje on a sunny terrace always cools you off. It’s easy to start but it’s tough to know where to end.
TIL: 6.2% is considered strong for a beer.
I thought it was the average with strong starting at 10%+
Why no Kasteelbier? Lovely slaapmutsje before heading to bed. Nice 11%. So half a beer is enough before bed
Bush beer 16% 💪

I’m Irish I thought I could handle Belgian beers trying different ones on nights out. Ohhhhh boy was I sorry the next morning
Is anything under 12% reallly considered strong?
Disappointed they missed the Irish connection with Maredsous Abbey. (The 3rd Abbot Dom Marmion was Irish)
i don’t give a damn about beer percentages , most important is the taste
Ah well sure look, they’re good craic so I forgive them.
Also Street 66 serves Hoegaarden in Hoegaarden pint glasses so no complaints from my side, you know yourself
