Moved into a relatively modern flat (built in 2018 I think) in the Zürcher Oberland and there’s this on the wall. There is no documentation, nor this does anything immediately obvious (close the blinds or start a self-destruction countdown, say).
Anyone has any idea what this does?
Edit: additional info – there’s only one of these in the whole house, as opposed to the floor heating panels which are in every room (and directly above this one in the living room).
Minergie standard ventilation of your flat. You can either set it by hand with the lower right button on the level you like, or you switch to automatic mode, in which case the LEDs would turn orange and adjust automatically depending kn the aur quality in your flat.
It measures the amount of times you make noise after 10pm. Each light is one penalty point. When all the lights are lit you go to jail for 1 month.
It glows green

Fan control. In Winter we have ours set to 3 permanently. That way you won’t actually have to open windows for fresh air at all. No heat loss.
During summer I leave it on 1 or 2.
switching it usually has a delay of about 30 seconds. When it’s very quiet you will hear the background noise level increasing / decreasing when changing the setting.
