Awww, she is adorable. Call the vet tomorrow, they will read the chip and contact the owner, no cost to you dude and will let you know the outcome.
They will read the chip and ask might ask you to keep her overnight, we found a dog a while ago but we couldn’t keep him overnight coz we have a bit of a nervy Dag around larger dags.
