  2. Foreign drivers want to be on mainland to visit their relatives during Xmas. All parking lots in Belgium and Holland will be completely filled in the next couples of days. Same every year.

  3. I lived in Dover many years and it’s standard before Christmas and Easter to be significant traffic. Queues were common even before brexit or covid.

  4. Does this not happen every Christmas? I’m pretty sure they just want to get back to the mainland for the holidays.
