I have always been very curious. It’s extremely expensive and always seems empty.
I’ve gone past that place multiple times since they opened, and I still don’t know exactly the type of shop this is. It says the concept shop, so maybe it’s a exhibition type place that also sells the wares? The timings are weird too. 🤷🏻♂️
It’s nearby to my place. I have seen people drinking coffee here and there are some expensive clothes inside.
They sell coffee but it’s always empty the hours people wants coffee. And on weekends. Always empty. A pitty because the area needs more lively business (not beauty salons).
To have headquarters office in a country a company needs “considerable presence” and a shop is enough. They don’t care there are no customers and nothing gets sold in that shop. All they want is Lux tax rates. So in a sense it is for money laundering but not directly.
I actually had coffee a few times there and it was good, but it does give the vibe that you are going into someone’s living room when they are hanging out with their friends. Also the hours seem random. But again all times I went in they were super nice.
