Was going to say r/wewantplates would like this but there already multiple examples of it over there.
So I guess just a dumb trend?
Edit: ah, it are even videos of the same TikTok account being posted
Looks revolting
I’m pretty sure the dish washer won’t like that
Atleast throw the cheese in the middle of the dish for fuck sake.
is that spaghetti on a pancake?
Poor execution
Spaghetti alla coppa rotante.
Spaghetti was nice to do it like that but he fucked it up with the parmesan.
Look like a 100 euro carbonara pasta.
Man it looks good but seriously i would eat 5 portions of that size. Atleast the plate ain’t that large so that the food would look even smaller. I do enjoy the cheese throw perfectly missing the middle of the plate. True art
Tis maar ne carbonara. Hoe pretentieus kan je worden over een gerecht dat minder ingredienten heeft dan ik vingers aan mijn hand heb.
Glorify simple food so I can make some money
“Eddy Wally greenscreen” Wauw.
Is this for real?
hahaha. omg
Cringe
Crosspost this to r/italy for major lulz
Great way to show that creativity can sometimes be a negative thing.
Meh, at least looks like a decent portion
Omg, I live abroad and had the exact same thing happening this weekend.
It was awkward to say the least…
I would like to know where this is!
Is that the correct glass for serving that type pasta?
R/wewantplates
Dude doesn’t even get to choose how much Parmesan he wants. What if he only wanted half of that?
They’re just like: “here’s whatever fits on the bottom of that wine glass and didn’t fly in the waiter’s eye on the way from the kitchen to your table”
This can’t be serious
Ohshit, this is the restaurant next to my parents in law’s house. It’s a small italian place run by a father and son. The son wanted to do more things with social media, I guess this is what came of that idea.
My uncle used to have a very well reputated restaurant. He used to serve Sorbet on upside down wine glasses.
Yup, a big ass bowl of “ice cream” on the bottom of the upside down glass.
My aunt, who was working as a waitress, spilled them often (because… DUH!) and once, she made it fall on a client’s head.
There is worse, but those glasses always make me think of that detail, and i can’t stop picturing the chef going “hey, i got a great idea!”
Stop
They probably even used cream in that pasta. Goddamn idiots
Kinda looks like the tray we had in the yard to feed the birds… was wondering where that suddenly went
That would 100eur, thank you.
almost mist the plate there
I love how most of the cheese allmost flies of the plate
Hahaha wtf
Desperate to be creative.
r/stupidfood
I know you don’t need a knife for pasta, and for sure not to sprinkle cheese on!
En hie is ouwe keis!! Flats
That would actually make me lose my appetite
Im eating there right now
Rock music IN Spanish playing in an Italian restaurant that serves spaghetti in a wine glass!!!! THE FUTURE IS HERE! Mamma mia, hostía, joder, tío!!!!
r/wewantplates
That’ll be 35€ for a glass of pasta, +3€ energy charges for washing the extra glass.
Honestly, I was expecting him to spit on it to finish the presentation. 😂
What in the absolute fuckery is this, cheese Bae?
Serve that to me and I leave the restaurant …
