Odesláním emailu se člověk nijak neohrozí. Mne v minulosti touto formou z MFCR kontaktovali.
Tak ja nevim. Prijdu si tady jak mimozemstan. Casto tady ty dotazy na scam vubec nechapu, protoze mi prijde, ze neoblafnou ani prvnaka. Ale co je tady spatne? Sice nevim, proc ten clovek pouzil sms branu, ale fs.mfcr.cz je funkcni adresa emailovych schranek ministerstva financi. Hyperlink v obycejne textovce podle me posilat nejde. Hyperlink z toho vytvoril az mobil prijemce. A ze by nekdo mimo MF prijimal emaily zaslany na tuhle adresu? To by musel bejt inside job (muze byt) 😅
This is probably **NOT** a scam, since it uses the official address and number of FU.
**What it probably is:** You are OSVC, you didn’t change the amount of your fixed rate they are charging you for taxes for the year 2023 and you are still paying 2022 rate. They are checking that around these times.

Its strange they sent you SMS. I also cannot find any Jana Kranikova online. They also call you by your name. It is suspicious at lest. I suggest to go by person to that “Financni urad” Financial bureau and ask them what is so urgent. Maybe it is something to do with your taxes, so do not ignore it, just use different route to contact bureau.

Scam to nejspíš není. Se mnou finančák taky několikrát komunikoval přes smsky a e-maily, když nešlo o něco, co by vyžadovalo datovku. Obvykle se jednalo o případy, kdy jsem po nich něco chtěl já, ne oni po mně.
Plus ta e-mailová adresa vypadá legit, jaký smysl by pak takový scam měl?

They contacted me this way one time because my contact details were expired and the letters they sent were not responded to.

2. Sám jsem byl UZP, které mi místně příslušelo, tímto způsobem kontaktován.

Did this number try to reach you via call? In that case especially it’s not scam and even though, writing a mail (not clicking on that link) will not harm you. You can check up if this person (Krajnikova) really works at Financni urad Praha 5 and if yes, it’s definitely not scam. With the deadline for OSVC tax return nearing, I would say it may have to do sonething with it.

Tohle je naprosto legitimní zpráva. Telefonní číslo je jedna věc, ale stačí si jen dohledat koncovku e-mailu. Vzhledem k tomu, že ji používají pro podatelnu na oficiálních stránkách Ministerstva financí ([podatelna@fs.mfcr.cz](mailto:podatelna@fs.mfcr.cz)), nebál bych se paní napsat.

Jakožto člověk pracující na finančáku můžu říct, že takové sms normálně posíláme. Nejčastěji z důvodu, že se s danou osobou potřebujeme spojit (buď chyba v přiznání, něco chybí…) a osoba nezvedá telefon. Pak mu pošleme sms a on zavolá, až bude mít čas.
Posílá se to normálně z netu přes sms bránu, přes tu se taky volá, takže když vám zavolá někdo z finančáku, neuvidíte správné číslo, ale nějaký random mobil (někteří to správné číslo vidí, tipl bych to na lidi, kterým voláme na pevnou a mají tam display, ale nevím to jistě.

No one from the financial office in Prague 5 would ask you to contact them via email if it was urgent, let alone provide their own government email address. There is a major scam on government domains happening these last few weeks. There was an attempt to scam my grandfather out of his pension last week, using a similar approach from the Pensions office. Crazy days 😳
She is calling you by slightly offensive slur for vietnamese people (often owning some small grocery store).
