There’s a shock. A Tory register to help end the secrecy behind who owns property in the UK, fails to get to the heart of who owns property in the UK.
So working as intended to help protect tory donors.
Non-compliance should have been charged as % equity in the home. With enough years of non-compliance the property reverts to the UK tax-payer in full.
Why are the non compliant company properties not seized by HMRC?
You should not be able to own more than one home in the UK if the UK isn’t even your primary residence. Hell, you shouldn’t really be able to own more than one home full stop!
