It’s always fascinating to learn about the cultural and historical aspects of martial arts from different parts of the world. The rich heritage and unique techniques of Polish martial arts are certainly something to admire and preserve. I would love to learn more about the various forms and schools of Polish martial arts and how they have evolved over time.

Last week i had “wpierdol situation”. Thanks god i had empty bootle to hellp me out xd
Remember- if someone wants to fight with u on the street, u should not care about martial art rules and stuff, u just try to KO opponent, before he does ko u 🙂
