Not so much elementary school canteen koprovka, or this store-bought ready-made koprovka, but homemade koprovka is actually good. You are free to dislike it, just means more koprovka for me.
Koprovka is great when done right. Unfortunately, one is more likely to come across some crappy ones, which is why a lot of people refuse to eat it…

Dill sauce is amazing and works with meat or without, with poached egg. But I’d cook it from scratch. It’s not difficult and 1000x better than some shit from Billa.
