  1. Ive been to Poland only once even though i live very close to the Polish border.

Red line represents our track on day 1 – From my hometown to Lodź.
Blue line represents our track on day 2 – from Lodź to Gdansk. We will stay there for around a week.
Green line would represent our track on day 9 – altough we have no idea on where to go – thats why i am asking yall.

  2. The reason why we are splitting our roadtrip into Gdansk into 2 halfes is because from my hometown to Gdansk it woudl take 7-8 hours. My ass wouldnt be able to sit for that long.

  3. You have to see Catedral in Płock and old town. You can eidit Toruń too. Maybi Friderck Chopin familij hause in Żelazowa Wola. I think there are many more intresting place in this area.

  4. Toruń is just above green circle. It’s worth trying

  5. Maybe try painting green circle in different location? Łódź is very interesting XIX cen. factory city. Other than that, I do not see major tourist destination…

  6. Kot Gacek

It’s very far but trip to Kot Gacek is worth it.

  7. if you are planning to go in summer check [this](https://goo.gl/maps/uYXg2MwFDrbCLbSS7), nice walk around takes around 1h

there is also old motorization museum [here](https://goo.gl/maps/GvAgUG9VtXBCGY346)

and along the way there is sightseeing [park](https://www.google.pl/maps/place/Park+Romantyczny+w+Arkadii/@52.0770653,19.9664197,11405m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m6!3m5!1s0x471be6c88145a159:0x1f7d6132a2c51b83!8m2!3d52.0849674!4d20.0140172!16s%2Fg%2F11b5pj316c?coh=164777&entry=tt) but i don’t really recommend it

  8. Biskupin is super interesting if you are into history! And I think quiet interesting even if you aren’t

  9. I you want to visit places outside Łódź, then Oporów, Arkadia, Żelazowa Wola – or so called classic Łódź school trip… For a short trip Łęczyca with a castle (greet Boruta devil from me), Tum church, early medieval fortified settlement (gord) and small open air museum (probably closed for winter). If you didn’t see such a thing before then lignite mine in Bełchatów and Giganty mocy museum in town are quite interesting. If you are interested in militaria then Skansen rzeki Pilicy in Tomaszów Mazowiecki and not far away Bunker in Konewka should be interesting.

  10. There’s actually a lot of nice places in Łódź, mostly the renovated factory complexes built with the iconic red brick, adapted into various museums, restaurants and entertainment centers – the entirety of Księży Młyn, EC1, Manufaktura. There’s a couple palaces, an underground museum in the canals, Piotrkowska street makes for a nice walk too, and you can also venture to the Radegast station if WWII and holocaust is of any interest to you.

However, all these places looks a bit sad this time of the year imo. It makes much better impression between spring and autumn.

  11. Lol I can’t believe I’m saying this but… Licheń is an option inside the circle. It’s 7th biggest Church in the world and biggest one in Poland. They have a large garden around that is also very nice (doe maybe more summer thing), as well there is a lake in walking distance.

  12. **Gołuchów Castle** (around Kalisz) is a nice place to visit. Renaissance castle built in 1550 which is turned into a **museum** which you can see inside (art, interiors, furniture). Small but very beautiful. It also has an extensive park around to walk around which has a **small population of Bisons!**

  13. What about Krakow? Your route seems to omit major tourist attractions

  14. I know its outside circle but i thing they are a lot interesting things in Varso like uprising museum or center of science copernic (idk how to write Kopernik xdd))

  15. łudz but you need a sword or sheild coz sebiksys are dangereses

  16. Gniezno. Cathedra and museum of first polish kings (piastów)

  17. Toruń is close to your road and just above the circle so i would strongly recommend checking it out.

There’s an Old City that is mostly original from medieval period (not rebuild after war like many other cities)

You can also try some pierniki (traditional gingerbread cookie).

There’s a museum Dom Mikołaja Kopernika (Nicolaus Copernicus house) and other historical places.

Also we have a small leaning tower that you can take a photo with just for fun.

  18. Lecheń – Major polish church architerture beauty, just around konin, This cathedral is MASSIVE, and I can’t stress this enough. When You walk in, on a good sunny day, you can feel like angels we battling over this building, Heroes M&M vibes also.

  19. https://preview.redd.it/6onmiea4arha1.jpeg?width=950&format=pjpg&auto=webp&v=enabled&s=cde0738e62fca35258c2845ddc75721cf4aa1ab8

Near Konin there is two lakes which is based on ash from power plant and have very unique color. (Google “Jezioro turkusowe Konin”, „osadnik gajówka turek”) [be careful because in Turek ground very close to lake is really like swamp and you can stuck] And also the biggest church in Poland – nice to see even if you are not into religion 😀 (type in google “lichen bazylika”).

  20. Are Poznań and Warsaw outside the circle intentionally?

  21. Cysterian cloister , blue springs and neat body of water in Sulejów, near Piotrków Trybunalski. City of Łódź. An open museum of old country houses and lifestyle in Łowicz. Ancient woodland in Kampinos. Town of Płock.

  22. Łódź Manufaktura (cultural centre), EC2 (also)
Edit: Dentka (probably the most interesting museum of the Łódź sewage system) under the boat you can also visit active water treatment plants

  23. check out manufaktura, in Łódź. it’s a big mall/entertaintment complex built in the remains of an old factory. it’s important to the local culture and there’s a lot of stuff to do there. also, pretty after dark.

  24. Quite a lot actually. Łódź, Płock, Piotrków Trybunalski, Toruń, Kalisz. There are also awesome medieval castles in Oporów and Uniejów.
