They should drive at full speed up to the Norway/Russia border, then stop and release a few hundred mylar balloons.
Then go home.
Is it a foreign NATO convoy or the Norwegian army?
I think it’s just a Norvegian army’s normal exercise. Almost every country has a own army and they all need to practice. Without constant practice, it’s just a bunch of people wondering around in camouflage.
I don’t think Russians should necessarily know details about location and logistics of operation of hostile Army, but OK…
