we buy something like that in the chinese shop. its called glutamaat or braised wheat gluten.
Ah has this.
I have searched and searched for this. Buy more for the smaller granular variant(Vantastic Food granulate soy). I ended up ordering it online from a german webshop with a crazy delivery fee. But hey. A man has gotto eat.
The big chunks you can find in Albert Hein but for me they get to soggy. “Valle del sole soya stukjes.”
Or maybe in some obscure bioshop
Another quality brand that produces these is “Veganz”
Er is een Asian supermarket in Mechelen. Die hebben veel soya producten.
These are made from soy bean flour. You can find them in Indian/Asian stores.

Albert Heijn had these last time I checked: https://www.valledelsole.nl/producten/sojaproducten/soja-stukjes/
Can’t find them on the AH website though.
Then there’s probably a very good reason nobody sells it, don’t you think?
Indian stuff… good odds in Kam Yuen in Brussels, or Thai Store in Namur… or probably other similar Asian stores elsewhere. I only know these two.
Check Polish shops if you have any in your area, that’s where I finally found them in Brussels

I haven’t got a clue where to get them, but I’m curious as to why you eat them?

Try online webshops such as kruidenhemel.be
They use those quite a lot in romania. I know of a shop in Bruxelles with imported products, definitely should have some.
