What are those? How to get rid of them?

  1. Looks like a millipede. Harmless just don’t step into them cause they stink. Take them out with a dustpan. They like moisture so your place probably might be a bit damp.

  2. They are worms. Find the entry point(s) they use to get in the house and plug it. They sometimes enter through the gap under the door.

  3. They crawl in your place via any kind of small crevice *or* they get born inside via the eggs stuck under your shoes.

Don’t step on them, they emit a faint but distinct smell.

  4. They are called myriapoda (meaning a million legs), are attacted to moisture and are generally harmless (this species at least). Just collect em with your broom and toss em outside 😅

  6. Buy a chicken and have it roam around the house. It will eliminate them but then you’ll have to clean it’s droppings. On the plus side you’ll have free eggs.

  7. Just get rid of them!! Dead or not. Their smell tends to linger and if they die in clothes or fabrics the smell will be very hard to get rid of. One of them somehow died in the armpit of one of my jackets and the stink just won’t go away. I live in rural Greece and they frequently come in the house to die. I immediately know if one is inside from the very distinct smell.

  8. I can’t see from the photo, but it looks like a harmless caterpillar.

I need to mention that with them, you can also find aggressive caterpillars, but these usually came out during August/September
