I agree! I watch constant reruns on tv (together with [Ojciec Mateusz](https://youtu.be/8lI6zYkkltk) – btw, I also recommend the show). Although the last seasons were a little bit ruined by really bad product placement. :/ Great acting by all of the cast, especially by Artur Barciś and Michałowa (I don’t remeber the name of the actress). It’s a must for sb who wants to learn about small town and village Poland.
So true!
I’m totally agree with you. I watch this a lot of times and I always laughed about it. The best TV series of all time.
i never watched it with my family and one time my ex girlfriend kinda forced me to watch it with her
god damn you are right and man i love Kusy.
Without Żak and Barciś this pic depicts the cast lacking 99% strength
Calling Ranczo a masterpiece is an enormous exaggeration, but it’s a nice family-oriented production with a decent scriptwriting.
I tried watching it- but why couldn’t they hire a real polish-american woman. In fact, as I remember, the woman in the show was a polish woman that moved to the U.S when she was 10. So her first language would be Polish, and they treat her like an American? Wtf. In the first episode, she speaks English- she sounds just like a normal polish person.

Anybody know where I can watch this show in the US?
Aparat saying it’s a masterpiece what real incentive one would use to bring someone reticent to start to watch this tv show?
Is it? I’ve hung out with Kawalec – he’s a funny dude and does a couple great singer impressions
This show taught me it is indeed normal in polish villages that their hotspot is the local bus stop.
Whaaaat
[The best of Solejukowa](https://youtu.be/FpQUx2CL4zw), a typical village woman, great acting by Katarzyna Żak, who happens to be a wife of Cezary Żak, who plays a priest and a village mayor (they are twins)
fun fact: composer who wrote score for this series was obsessed by ‘the lick’
he used it in every episode, multiple times

I started watching this show because I wanted to learn polish. Then it turned into entertainment pretty fast. Great series. Really bummed out it’s not on Netflix anymore
As an Anglik, I love Ranczo. I’m 2 years in to learning Polish so I only understand 50/60% but I love it, nonetheless. The writers were true geniuses. The interwoven character arcs and moral teachings, combined with the comedy make it a true masterpiece. I’ve rewatched the entire series probably 3 times now. Staszek i Kusy to moi ulubieńcy. „Drewno?”, „Tak”, „Na Zima?”, „Tak” – simple humour, but so effective.
The Best polish kino
+1
After 7 month’s of watching it is the best series of all times
And then Kusy died.😭
I mean, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who isn’t familiar with Poland and polish culture – and by “familiar” I mean like grew up in Poland or lives here for 10 years.
What’s good in this show is how much it’s rooted in our culture and history and without it, it’s just a mediocre drama.
Absolutely. One of the “Big Four of Polish Sitcoms” (I know Ranczo isn’t a sictom, but comedy elements are present in there, and that Big Four is just created by me😆) : Ranczo, 13 Posterunek, Miodowe Lata and Świat Według Kiepskich.
I never understood the phenomenon of this series among the polish people
Cinematic masterpiece ? Don’t eat shrooms for lunch ffs
