All i’m seeing is a sign of good will that they intend and try to keep hospitals running despite bad conditions. That’s good.
edit my line is coherent as far as i’m concerned. We can note the political bs while keep funding healthcare that’s needed for the population… An hospital and care, medical purposes are completely appropriate spending as far as i’m concerned, no reasons to hamper that.
