  1. Such a nice brick made of eggs and potatoes!
I can’t smell the onion from here…I hope you are not one of those who don’t…

    **War begun, flies away**

  2. Muy buena pinta. Si estáis por Santiago de Compostela, ir al ‘Restaurante Armando Blanco – La Casa de la Tortilla’ justo antes de llegar a Cacheiras en la AC841 a unos 5 km de Santiago. Tienen unas tortillas verdaderamente exquisitas.

  3. I love Spanish omelette sandwich, with ketchup!

Also, “patatas bravas” sandwich it’s pretty good.

  4. Oh yesss.. I actually had this for my breakfast this morning. Pero en un boyo integral also of course with onions. Qué bueno. 😋

  5. En un bocata la tortilla debe ser esponjosa para que no te quedes con el mazacote intragable en la boca. Esto luce razonable.

  6. Spanish tortilla with a side of torreznos with good French bread and a Mahou beer. Can not beat it in the Castilian mountain chain Gredos. Little country towns have this good tapas and raciones.

  7. There’s nothing like a Spanish omelette bocata (like a sandwich) at a bar right before lunch
No hay nada como un bocata de tortilla antes de comer

  8. Onion used to be fine with me, but I recently found out it triggers my stomach and causes bloating. My Spaniardness is declining.

Anyway, if you put pimiento rojo, it won’t taste better but you’ll trigger way more people (and bulls).

  9. Since im a spanish person from bone and meat i cannot relate LESS to this post none of the people i have meet have eaten this and also no restaurants serve this, smh more then ever

  10. And Also it’s not an omelette it’s a Sandwich with tortilla de patatas if you don’t what It is it’s basically potato cake if you search It on Google translator don’t really know what tortilla is really translated from spanish to inglish
