2 isn’t even a full pint (maybe an American 470ml pint) but looks ok in that lineup, 1 isn’t the worst but needs more head. 3 & 4 are possibly a declaration of war

Going out on a limb and by the looks of it they are the 16oz pint not the 20oz. Curious what place in NY?

The two on the right certainly are not Guinness as Arthur intended..none are full pints!
The third one looks like it was topped off with soap foam. Woeful.
Is that some sort of fiddle playing, high stepping, red headed with a twinkle in their eye musical act in the background?
3 and 4 from a different tap with an issue with either flow or gas.
