I’ve spent winter in Alsace, right next to Basel/Switzerland, which is quite a cold place in winter, I’ll tell you, even if the winter would’ve been really cold it wouldn’t have really matter, most of time without putting the heaters temperature was around 21/22° inside my GF’s appartement.
That Putin is such a dumb dickhead, not all countries are stuck in 1960 like yours, we’re working on new buildings and houses that do not even need any source of heating or cooling all year long, who gives a crap about your shitty gas and oil Mr Tsarovich The Failed.

Even up here in Oslo it’s been warm. Problem with warm winters here is that it means temperatures move up and down around 0 degrees. Snow falls, then melts, then freeze to ice. The street outside my house must have 20 cm pure ice judging by the “potholes” in it, it’s complete hell. Lethal to walk anywhere.
