Afaik that is not allowed and depending on a cops mood you could get fined. Especially when you get into a checkpoint for bikes (which are very rare but still happen).
More importantly: those never look as cool as in the promo videos – all you get are some annoying blinking LEDs in your wheels that distract everybody around you. Just don’t!
Not allowed on any public street.
Only in your own yard, if there is a closed fence around it.
