I have had the same employer since my first Blue Card application in 2019, and am coming up the the expiry date this coming June. As such, I would like to renew my Blue Card and my wife’s visa for a further 4 years.
Is there any difference in process between the first application (as outlined [here](https://service.berlin.de/dienstleistung/324659/en/)) and the renewal?
