Pretty sure that’s Reine Rorbuer in the Lofoten archipelago.
Tromsø is 8 hours away. But you can fly to Bodø and take 3 hour ferry ride.
And it is Reine
This is in the Lofoten Island. It is relatively close to Tromsø, and by close, i mean approximately one Switzerland.
You can get there by plane, boat, and bus/car.
(I would really recommend going there by boat, as you will be sailing through some very scenic landscapes.)
A popular way of travel, is [hurtigruta](https://global.hurtigruten.com/) which is a hybrid between coastal express, and a small cruise ship, so you can have a comfortable trip.
This is Hamnøy in Lofoten. The last time I visited, I boarded the hurtigruten with my car, took a 20 hour journey by boat and then 1 or 2 by car. Worth the trip though, especially if the weather is good!
Bodø is the better starting point for Lofoten as it is closer and offers more affordable travel options
Would absolutely recommend Vesterålen as well. A bit different mountain types, much less tourist crowded and nice people 🙂
More importantly why do Norwegiana paint all their houses red?
I would agree this is Hamnøy, though I haven’t been there since the mid/late 70s, spent two summers there as a teenager. Looks like houses/rorbuer now have been painted in more traditional colours than back then.
Finnmark, Øksfjord, Finnsnes maybe, but some where up There loads of locations like that 🙂 you can take a buss from Tromsø or flight or boat really, depends how you want to travel.
That’s taken from Hamnøy Bridge. You can actually rent one of those cabins (Eliassen Rorbuer). I stayed there last year.
Visited there last year in April! Went through the whole Lofoten by car, all the way to the end. Was really worth it!
On a whale boat.l3ft on the high peak gorge turn left follow the seagull laft.to the entrance of bay..oh don’t forget yo bring some wood for fire. lol. (it looks way out of the way but perty)
Go to Bodø and take the Ferry to Moskenes! It’s free if you go by bike, so I recommend to go in the summer!
