I have had cyclist guests doing similar routes from February onwards. You might be more restricted with some of cycle paths up on the higher ground as there could still be some persistent ice on these. The roads should be pretty clear however, though you should anticipate ice in the mornings, and I would recommend getting a set of bike tires with studs on. Make sure you have lights and maybe a high vis. vest also, as there are quite a few unlit tunnels in Norway.
Should be safe in June.
It is cyclable. May be patches of snow in high altitude, but nothing you cant walk over.
Do you have a more detailed/zoomable map? Hard to see what roads this is.
Frost during the day in June is not common. Snow can cover a lot of terrain at higher altitudes, but if your road is on the map, there is a good chance it is cleared or thawed.
I think a better map is needed.
**Early June is way to early for Rallarvegen. It usually opens in July. Peak season is August.**
Aurlandsfjellet probable opening date is around June 1st. (Note that if it’s open the road itself is plowed, but you’ll have ice walls on both sides of the road, and camping can be difficult.)
The route up Lærdalen should be OK. (There is a section midway between Borlaug and Maristuen only for bicycles, I don’t know if it ever gets plowed, but it should probably have melted in June.)
Golsfjellet consists of many small roads. I know many of these gets plowed, but I do remember one section (uphill from Vang in Valdres) where you wade the river at the northern tip of Nørdre Syndin, and follow a tiny path along the lake this definitely does not get plowed.
That said Golsfjellet is a bit lower than Rallervegen, so it might be mostly free of snow in June.
The route up Hallingdalen should be OK.
Rallarvegen would be a risk to cycle in early june. There might still be lots of snow, and if the snow is disappeared, the road will be wet and muddy.

Here is the typical experience of a foreigner trying to cycle Rallarvegen in mid June:

For the other roads:
