No one wants Metrolink more than the people in swords. People here have been waiting for it for decades (truthfully, many people have lost hope of it coming to light and simply won’t believe it will happen till it’s done), and this is one of the only big suburbs outside the m50 with very poor public transport with no rail line or luas. and subsequently one of the areas with highest car usage. This stupid smyths objection is probably only coming from smyths itself and their employees.
