Britain faces largest ever healthcare strikes as pay disputes drag on

  1. I’m old enough to remember Farage and Johnson promising 350 million pounds a week to the NHS after Brexit.

You surely can’t be telling me that was a lie?

  2. It’s actually pretty effective as mainly elderly pensioners vote Tory.

Even if they have private healthcare insurance, most serious operations are done by the NHS regardless.

The longer the Tories drag this out, the faster their voter base dies off.

You’d think the NHS would be up there as a priority. I can understand them not giving a fuck about any other sector. But it baffles me they are sabotaging their voters life support.

  3. At this point I feel like the country is held hostage by the Tory party.

Their mandate is our the window, their manifesto is up in flames. The guy that won them the election was ousted, the woman that replaced him was also ousted, the guy replacing her is about to be austed. Their party is a total disaster made out of little radical groups wrestling control in their own interest and trying to further fuck over the public.

It feels like being kidnapped by a dying drug addict that keeps screaming how he’s going to kill both of you with the car your both in while speeding and swerving, and you’re not doing anything to stop him because it would be against the “rules” while he’s making up new rules on the fly.
