To clarify, in Finnish the word “save” has multiple meanings:
1. Tallentaa = To save money, as in put it into a bank account and not spend it.
2. Pelastaa = To save someone from harm, as in saving Finland from Russia’s terrorist attacks.
Some poor underpaid troll has confused the two terms and it results in this chuckleworthy translation error.

Does someone actually say tallentaa rather than tallettaa for putting money in a bank?
It would mainly be the same as the common English other meaning, so save something like a game or a file.
Yep, to save money is ‘tallettaa’. ‘Tallentaa’ means to save a file, like onto a hard drive. And ‘pelastaa’ is save as in rescue.
