Asking for Apartment number
Its because where you are living is not entierly clear… Or tge form got a bugged validator.
Are you sure it’s a real store? It might be a fake site that’s not set up properly for German customers. As many people’s addresses don’t have/need this information, it shouldn’t be required in a form but optional.

Download Dict.cc. It is way better than google translator. Or for sentences/articles use deepl.com
