Errr, that’s Polruan.
Well, if I was going to be pedantic, which I am, I would say that actually that is a painting of Polruan and the Fowey Estuary, from the POV of Fowey.
This is absolutely stunning!
I think you’ll find it’s pronounced Fowey
The mix of greens and blues in the water and the light reflecting off it are beautiful 👌

This is beautiful! I love the jaunty perspective of the steps and the closest boat. I almost feel as if I’m walking down them and can see the boat bobbing on the waves.

I once many moons ago, happened to be staying near fowey and ended up having to urgently deliver a wurlitzer on boat for Jarvis Cocker. Exactly where you have painted. True story.

I’ve been there! Lovely place. A guy took us over to a pub from one side to the other in one of the small boats.
Was working on a small cruise ship during the summer and stopped in Fowey a few times, such a wonderful town.
Fantastic. My daughter lives in Polruan and I think I can see her house!
Beautiful work. Weirdly I just saw that new Omaze thing is in Fowey, which sent me on a street view tour earlier, new summer holiday destination added to the list for sure.
