Is Portugal one of the few countries that sees vaccines as a moral obligation and as a privilege?
It seems that there a lot of people that see vaccines as optional political nuisances.
Maybe we have better historical memory, because as soon as covid started spreading we all feared another Spanish flu like event (60k dead in Portugal).
