Toxic influencer Andrew Tate to spend another 30 days behind bars

  1. As much as I don’t like the guy, that will be 90 days incarceration with no actual charges? That’s a bit f***** up.

  2. >Toxic influencer

    Independent could’ve also just written “influencer” and nothing would’ve changed meaning-wise.

  3. Why are we still giving this guy attention? He’s a filthy predator. Lock him away. He lost his right to give his opinion when he decided to be a predator.

  4. Why are the weakest and most pathetic betas always selling themselves as some kind of alpha leaders is not surprising to me, but why so many people follow them is.

  5. I don’t know much about Romanian law, but assuming it is like most western law, they probably grant some form of bail or pre-trial release unless you meet one or more of some fairly specific conditions such as:

    * Flight risk
    * Danger to others
    * Would bring the legal system into disrepute

    I suspect he entirely checks 1 and 3, and they know he will go after witnesses and others really thuggishly hard.

    So, basically, all three.

    The only problem is that many criminal justice systems have some kind of extra time credit for pre-trial detention. So, in a year he could get sentenced to 3 or so years and then just walk free. Here’s hoping he gets decades and decades meaning any pre-trial detention credit is just a drop in the bucket. I’m also hoping they don’t have some kind of early release parole system there, but that 20 years means 20 years.

    What I’m really really really hoping is that some prison videos come out with him acting like a little beta bitch (as defined by his own lectures on the subject).

  6. He was happy that authorities are corupted… Karma is a bitch innit? The fun part is that Romania is one of the few countries in Europe where the constitution allows to retain someone if that someone is suspected to have been commited a crime
