So what actually happens when we reach the point where there’s actually nowhere to rent and available places are minimum 3k+ cause like, thats where we are heading.
My rent just rose by a little over 6%. Funny to think that I thought it was expensive when I moved in but is now considered good value compared to what else is available here.
All in it together…
At leastst its high quality housing without common mold and insulation problems and adequate renter legal rights.
One person’s rent is another person’s mortgage, eh Leo?
The amount of unregistered stuff going on is kinda crazy
It’s just so bizarre I can’t make sense of it
Where’s the critical point?
Late 20s here and Moved back with my parents a few months ago while changing jobs, landlords can fuk off with such prices and demands aint no way
I can’t believe rent controls are reducing the number of rental properties available.
