Depending on how big your garden is, to limit the area of your parking lot and terrace to 80square meter is completely an overreach. I get it that if you have a large garden you are more likely to have your permit accepted. But having a more flexible rule prorated to the size of the total area of a plot is what would be the most logical and fair.

Toen de N702 in Genk werd vernieuwd, hebben ze dubbele banen geasfalteerd en onmiddellijk de helft vol witte strepen geverfd en dus 1 rijstrook maar open gesteld.
Wait until you see the centrum of Genk. It is renovated a few years ago, and is now literally one giant concrete slab with no chance of water going anywhere else than the sewers… source I am from Genk.
