How to clean this German drain? I live with 3 people with long hair and as a result our drain got clogged. Can someone please tell me how to remove all the hair and dirt from it? I am seeing this drain for the first time.

There are pipe cleaners (Rohrreiniger) for that. The chemical composition dissolves the hair and the drain is free again.
Look for “Drano Power Gel”. Smells awful but does a good job. Instructions are on the bottle.
Drano Rohrreiniger. Get 2-3 bottles and empty them into the drain. Wait a night and flush with a lot of warm water in the morning.
If necessary repeat once.
If it doesnt improve call a professional cleaning service.
Say, “hey long haired people, please clean your leftover hair out of the drain”.
Put up a sign: bald people only

Probably there’s a second sieve behind the first one that you’ve already removed. Take some pictures of the thin from different angles and check at the nearest Baumarkt for something similar, don’t be afraid to ask, check for brand names on any visible part, Google, whatever. There might be some instructions on how you can remove such a further sieve for cleaning purposes, as well as what kind of cleaners might be recommended.
