I’m a hobbyist photographer with decent equipment.
I would like to start a project in which to do my best to capture really amazing images in Cyprus. I don’t mean sunrise on the beach or Ayia Napa caves the millionth time, but other places too that are not so known – even if I appreciate telling me known ones too, maybe I don’t know it.
Could be anything.
– a really nice viewpoint

– a really beautiful festival, a deserted village ( i discovered old Korfi last week)
– etc
I can drive anywhere on the island ( but preferably south of UN line ) so any places you know would be appreciated.

Palace at Vouni. Ruins at this point, but fantastic views.
Venegaria Hotel, Avagas gorge, Akamas Rock pools, some of the Medieval monasteries in the mountains. Any of the ancient amphitheatres, The mosaics in pafos and other places. The Troodos Geopark has some cool locations with unique Geological formations

I might be biased since I grew up there, but the hazelnut forest in Polistipos-Alona can give you some really cool nature views.
