Yes we can all agree the government did not measure this thoroughly and just slapped the bad boys and said “they will fit”, just like Berlin did and did not realize the East German tunnels were a bit smaller……
But everyone missed a good opportunity to make a penis joke “for once the size was under estimated and it is causing surprising problems…..”

As it was stated previously, and I think it’s also stated in the article, the trains were still not built, they’re still in the design phase. It will cost money anyway.
So just build bigger tunnels now, what’s the problem? People will pay the bill anyway…
These trains have not gone beyond a paper design…
