  2. This isn’t exactly news. When I was shopping for a house, they were already crazy, especially in Konz, Nittel, Perl, Temels, etc. What people need to look at is the price per m2 of the land. Once you subtract that from the asking price you will soon realise that the difference is almost double the value of the house, especially that most of them are built with super cheap materials. Half of them have low quality laminat yet if you look at the price they charge you think they give you parquet touched by the gods.
