I’m in the UK and I can’t find a single website in the UK that sells brownies & cakes that will deliver to Norway. So I’m resorting to finding places closer that may deliver. If anyone has any sites/places that are great for baked goods as gifts I’d appreciate it v much. If anyone knows any place that sells lemon drizzle that would be great, thanks!

Give them a call and see how they can facilitate delivery. My husband is from Arendal area so we have eaten their stuff several times. Don’t know if they have brownies (a bit untraditional here) but they have lots of cakes.
I also highly recommend http://www.heimdalchokolade.no/ if you want chocolates or confections instead.
Try Icelandmat.no. we use them for all UK foodstuffs that we cant find locally
