  1. According to the Wikipedia, Buffalo wings sauce is based on cayenne pepper. That product doesn’t have any cayenne pepper.

  2. Right now I would like to teach you a Finnish word. It’s *eines*.

Now say that aloud, couple of times, you’ll get it. It’s supposed to mean “processed food” or some such, but you’ll get it.

  3. For context, I’ve never had these before. My friend from Finland showed me a picture and I asked if they were Buffalo wings. She’d never heard of Buffalo wings

  4. They sell Buffalo bites or wings separately. Wings are probably a bit of a seasonal things for outside bbq.

  5. Buffalo wings have a VERY strong vinegar taste, plus cayenne pepper as mentioned. They are much more sour and much more hot.

We went to Buffalo NY and ate at the restaurant that presumably invented them. The flavor of the Atria ones is somewhat similar, but with so much more subtlety. You could add a Buffalo sauce on top and the flavors would blend very well. I can’t remember if I’ve seen Buffalo sauce for sale in Finland or not.

  6. These taste like shit dont buy them. Get the pre cooked Hook wings, they are in a black bag. Only needs to be heated and they are as good as in a wing restaurant.

  7. You cant get usa style buffalo sauce wings here in Finland. At least from stores, restaurants may vary.

  8. It’s good to buy these “hot wings” they sell in stores and then pour Texas Pete Hot Sauce, which is vinegary sauce with a little kick, on top of them and maybe also mix some melt butter to it.

  9. Why does it have to be so spicy?? I have never understood that, you just paralyze your mouth, and can’t taste anything. Spicy food is 50% a macho thing.

  10. I eat them alot my sister makes a sauce for them which is 👌👌 plus I recommend that you put them in foil with a little bit of grease so it doesn’t get stuck. Foil is better than oven paper imo.

When my sister isn’t home I just put pepper salt and paprika and call it a day.

  11. If you can, find franks red hot wing sauce and melt equal parts butter and you’ve got a very common Buffalo wing sauce restaurants use
