The answer is no, the royal commentators don’t really know, the daily mail don’t know either but what they do know is that this article makes them look thin skinned even if nothing further comes of it.

No serious lawyer would advise them to sue over satire. But if Rudy Giuliani is available he might do it for a few boxes of hair dye.
Believe nothing that comes from the Daily Heil. Dan Wooton in particular has made it his mission to make up stories about H&M then refuse to disclose sources when they are utterly disproved (i.e. Kate crying about the bridesmaids dresses).
