I bought mass produced boxes from AMS box factory in Dali a few times for my business, and I think they do some custom things too. Good service and prices. They have a small office with samples at their factory.
I’ve seen people buy standard size boxes from IKEA. I’m not sure if they have as small of a size as you want though.
