  1. Made some today oven roasted with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey. Better than boiled but still meh. Extremely healthy though

  2. Just drop them in the pan in the boiling grease of bacon (please kids, dont add eggs! OK?)… What were you thinking of? Mitraillette of Brussel sprouts?

    Cook them in butter (oil is too acidic + acid taste of sprouts = no good), very little garlic (fresh, not powder), add some cassonade to caramelize the taste, a few drops of fresh oranges if you want… I can think of other nice ways to make it palatable (ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, white pepper, etc)… Cooking is fun!

  3. Best recipee is saw was enrobing them (that means completely covering them) with chocolate… No one was the wiser!

  4. Ik blancheer ze 3 minuten.
    Dan spekjes bakken, uitje erbij. Als dat klaar is spruitjes meebakken.
    Op smaak brengen met peper, zout en kerriepoeder(curry).
    Frietjes of iets van aardappels ernaast en eventueel verse appelmoes.
    Jummie!!

  5. my fav “winter groente” with bacon ofc!!! and after 8years, our son loves them also, he had to eat them before according to age :p 6 years is 6 sprouts etc

    (kort in kokend water, bakken met spek (puur , niet gezouten of gerookt)
