This shows again that the GC elite is, in reality, not interested in the BBF or in any serious negotiations on the Cyprus problem. Why would they otherwise weaken their own negotiation position by keeping a blind eye on the exploitation and mismanagement for years?
Talks about compensations or return for GC properties in the North will always be overshaded by the reality that it’s not only the TC side that is exploiting property, but GC cronies are also exploiting TC property.
