To be honest, it looks like prison or hospital food. I only know hospitals offer so I bet the prison must be better than that. No offence, but it looks so miserable that you can call the whole thing “mizeria”.

It looks like a portion for a small kid. Small kotlet, only 4 potatoes, small portion of mizeria, no dill on both.
Someone ate half your grub then put it on the floor and took a photo.
