As an optometrist I can ASSURE you with that this woman cannot possibly be Madeline McCann.
Iris coloboma is congenital and untreatable. This is what caused the misshapen pupil in one of Maddy’s eyes. It is as obvious has having a large birthmark on your face.
I hope this attention seeking woman gets the mental health support she clearly needs.
