  1. Ehh I was not that impressed tbh. The set pieces looked dramatic, sure, but they made some choices with the story which actually detracted from the message of the book in many ways

  2. Banshees of Inisherin and Everything everywhere all at once deserved it more. This was just another old war film and a remake that was worse than the original film and the book its based on…

    Disappointing choice.

  3. Not surprised that brit boomers greatly enjoyed watching German people lose/suffer on screen for over 2 hours

  4. Blanchett actually looked a bit shocked and embarrassed to win best actress over her competition. Very strange vibes at points.
