That handwriting is garbage. Does it say from 24.02.2023 till 24.08.24? Then it’s 1,5 years. If that 8 looking thing is a zero, I’d go and ask them to redo that paper with more readable text.
And to answer the question, you need to renew your license before 24.8.(?).2024
I think that date is for this temporary paper certificate, you can use it untill you get real drivers licence card. The real drivers licence card is for 30years.
