Honestly surprised by Chicago I don’t know anything about it but would have expected Rome Madrid or Tokyo or something.
I live in Paris and it truly depends on the year, this year thankfully is a gorgeous autumn so far. Chicago and the entire Midwest of the USA has the best autumns I’ve ever seen, though.
