I’ve watched this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xrw5z1G63RY) and Chris \[Youtube: Abroad in Japan\] mentioned that there was a type of massage at a hotel in Japan known as “Tea Massage” which is basically putting a tea towel over your face then pouring it with tea, he described it as being water boarded as the liquid continues to drip down his face as they’re literally pouring tea onto his face.
In hindsight, what is the service like at a hotel massage or visiting a parlor in Latvia?

Angry receptionist not smiling and when you ask touristy questions nobody understands what are you talking about.
Literally I had a group of Swedish tourists asking me about bars in Riga and I told them to go to Old town, I don’t want them to ruin my dzertuve.
So the real question is why Latvians should be using hotel services in Latvia?
There are 2 million of us here the best service I know is when I stayed in Guest house in Dagda, there was this cool Grampa I had couple of beers with.
Don’t know about hotels but I’ve found that Taka spa is a great experience. Very good service. Probably because the price is on the high end for Latvian standards but if you come from a more expensive country, it seems quite cheap for what you get.
