Dublin was so much more fun when we were all broke. It’s a metropolis now compared to back then mind. Rent for a tenner a week, cheap food and pints, free parking for those who cud afford a car. On the downside the pollution was beyond belief. Liffey truly did stink like hell as bagatelle sang and the smoke and filth we had to inhale…. Still was a lot of fun though.
